Can you expand a bit more though? Like...would it work the same as it currently does? just disruption vs destruction. Or would there be a new set of rules?

Also say we go with the 24 hour rule, would a person be able to reestablish the moon sooner by... creating DF around said planet or something else?

I'd severely reduce the chances of the attacker losing their fleet to self destruction. It's currently around 43%.. I'd drop it to no more than 10%..

Dude taaxi the system isn't broken... please stop whining about it. And if you are planning on whining about it, don't do it in a completely unrelated topic.

I can't imagine how much you would be bitching about it if I'd popped your moon to kill your fleet... wait you wouldn't have bitched about it, you'd have just berated me for being sooooo stupid.

you don't want the ships then send them as fodder on your next attack. i hate this idea it should be removed
