This has been discussed numerous times over the last year, but now is the time to collate it all together.

First off I will separate them into the classes to make it clearer. I will list cost changes first, then list stat changes.

Thanks for the post eOs. I did notice however that from the Battleship class onwards, all of the old values for the ships have 0 across the board.

Rapidfire is next, this will take a lot more time to organize and format for the forum.

Please, any moderator willing to tackle a better system, by all means.
I've tried using GoogleDocs, there's simply too much data for most people to absorb that way.

a spreadsheet will be made available tomorrow.

each calculator is a separate xls, so it's taking time to collate and have one with no dependencies.

Or.. here's another idea.. Are the proposed changes already in the test galaxy? if we log in there, can we look at the changes?

It would also be very nice to know EXACTLY (date AND time):
(1) When the new pricing of ships goes into effect
(2) When the no-attack time frame will end
(3) When the 100% scrap yard return ends
